    Applicant is reviewed by recruiter and approved to interview

    Hiring manager: Once approved to interview, you have 3 days to make attempt to contact the applicant.

    Applicant is interviewed (background paperwork is submitted)

  • 04

    When the Background check clears, the DM fills out a new hire notification form.

    Start date must be on a Monday.

    Before Day 1

    Applicant has new hire training scheduled. Applicant has filled out all required paperwork.

    Day 1

    Welcome call. Make it "special"
